RMLA Founding Documents

The RMLA Founding Documents include the following:

  1. Colorado Secretary of State application for Rocky Mountain Llama Association to be recognized as a Colorado Corporation.  Submitted to Secretary of State October 3, 1983. Received by Secretary of State October 5, 1983.
  2. State of Colorado Certificate.  Issued October 5, 1983.
  3. Internal Revenue Service – Department of the Treasury award letter recognizing RMLA an IRS Section 501 (C) 5 exempt status from Federal Income Tax, therefore “non-profit”.
